Studio & Class Information

 

1. What should I wear to class?

 

We recommend comfortable, form-fitting workout attire that allows for movement. Avoid loose clothing that may get caught in equipment. Grip socks are encouraged for safety and hygiene.

 

2. Do I need prior experience to join a class?

 

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, and we offer modifications to suit beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

 

3. Do you offer private sessions?

 

Yes, we offer private and small-group sessions for personalized attention. Contact us to schedule a consultation.

 

Health & Safety

 

4. What if I have an injury or medical condition?

 

Please inform your instructor before class if you have any injuries or medical conditions. We can help modify exercises to ensure a safe and effective workout. If you have serious concerns, consult your doctor before participating.

 

5. What is your policy on late arrivals?

 

To maintain the flow of class and ensure safety, we ask that clients arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be allowed to join the session.

 

Scheduling & Cancellations

 

6. What is your cancellation policy?

 

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel within this window, you may be charged the full session fee.

 

Membership & Pricing

 

7. Do you offer memberships or class packages?

 

Yes! We have several pricing options, including single classes, class packs, and memberships. Contact us for details on our current offerings.

 

8. What forms of payment do you accept?

 

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Booking & Waitlist

 

9. How do I book a class?

 

You can book classes online through our website or in person at the studio. We recommend booking in advance as space is limited.

 

10. What if a class is full?

 

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

Renting the Studio

 

11. Can I bring my own props if I rent the space?

 

Yes! If you are renting the space, you are welcome to bring your own props. However, all personal items must be taken with you at the end of your rental. Additionally, please ensure that no damage occurs to the studio or equipment during load-in and load-out.

 

12. What is the maximum capacity of the studio?

 

The studio is limited to eight people at a time to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all participants.

 

Studio Policies

 

13. Is smoking allowed in or around the studio?

 

No, smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited in and around our studio. We are located in a quiet area of downtown Pinole, near families, City Hall, and the police department. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

 

14. What kind of music is allowed in the studio?

 

We ask that all music played in the studio remains at a reasonable volume and does not contain explicit language. Flow Rehab Pilates is a family-friendly space, and we strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all clients.
